The NEXACC Partner Network — referral partnerships for accounting clients
NEXACC LLC is an accounting firm in Phoenix, Arizona. The Partner Network is how independent representatives introduce businesses to the firm and stay credited for the relationships they bring.
Who the network is for
Representatives are people who already have the trust of business owners: bankers, insurance and benefits agents, consultants, practice advisors, software resellers and former finance professionals. You do not deliver the accounting work — NEXACC does. Your part is the introduction and the relationship.
Typical books include medical and dental practices, behavioural health providers, professional services firms, construction and trades, restaurants and retail, and non-profits.
How credit for an introduction works
You register an introduction in the portal before the business becomes a client. The first representative to submit a given business is the one credited for it, and the credit holds for a defined attribution window recorded on your account.
Once the business signs an engagement, it becomes your book. The portal shows each book you hold, the services it takes and the cash that has cleared against it.
How compensation works, in plain language
Compensation is a share of the fee revenue NEXACC actually collects from your book — never a share of invoices that have merely been issued. As payments clear, amounts accrue against your account and are settled in a monthly run, once your paperwork is complete.
Every accrual in the portal carries an explanation of exactly how it was calculated. Rates are set out in your partnership agreement and in your plan page inside the portal; no figures are published here, and NEXACC makes no claim about what any representative will earn. The formal income disclosure will be linked from this page when it is published.
Compliance stance
Representatives are independent contractors. There are no quotas, territories, exclusivity or set hours, and nothing is paid for recruiting other representatives.
Healthcare books whose practices participate in federal programmes, or that fall under EKRA, are compensated on a fixed-fee basis rather than a share of collections, and are reviewed before any payment is made.
Partnership agreements, attestations and client consents are sent and signed by email; NEXACC records each signed document against your account. Nothing is signed inside the portal.
The four-step journey
- Register. Apply through the representatives entrance with your details and the kinds of businesses you know.
- Approval. NEXACC reviews your application, sends your agreement and attestation by email, and confirms your enablement training.
- Bring books. Register introductions in the portal and follow them from first conversation to signed engagement.
- Monthly statement. Watch cash clear against your books and receive a statement each month.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can become a NEXACC sales representative?
- Anyone with genuine relationships among small and mid-sized business owners — bankers, insurance agents, consultants, practice advisors and former accountants are typical. You apply through the representatives entrance and NEXACC reviews every application before approval.
- Is this an employment role?
- No. Representatives are independent contractors. There are no quotas, no territories, no exclusivity and no set hours. You decide whether and when to make an introduction.
- How is an introduction credited to me?
- You register the introduction in the portal before the business becomes a client. The first representative to submit a given business is the one credited, and that credit lasts for a defined attribution window recorded on your account.
- When am I compensated?
- Only on cash NEXACC has actually collected from the client — never on invoices that have merely been issued. Amounts are accrued as cash clears and settled in a monthly payout run once your paperwork is complete.
- What paperwork is required?
- A signed partnership agreement, a W-9, an anti-kickback and Stark attestation, and a short enablement training. Agreements are sent and signed by email; NEXACC records them against your account in the portal.
- How are healthcare clients handled?
- Books whose practices participate in Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS or TRICARE, or that fall under EKRA, are placed on a fixed-fee basis rather than a share of collections, and are reviewed before any payment is made.
- Where can I see what I could earn?
- NEXACC does not publish earnings figures. Approved representatives see their own plan, their accruals and their statements inside the portal, together with the formal income disclosure.
